Religious Conflict in the Middle East

I usually don’t do this, from the beginning of this blog you won’t find a single word on politics. But this YouTube video is making its way around in emails, and it is so perfect, right to the point, that I couldn’t resist. This five minute video sums up how I have felt for the last 30 years about the religious conflict in the Middle East more or less, and to the best of my knowledge it is the mainstream belief here in Israel, well, at least by more than 50% of the populace, like any country of course you have all kinds of people here.

Religious Conflict in the Middle East

One word of preface — the fellow giving his commentary in the video, I see from searching Google that he has his issues and his contentions with others, and I wish to clarify that in showing this video I wish to imply no judgement on the man, neither to agree with what he generally stands for, nor to disagree. Nor regarding that which he is supposed to be representing whether I think that he is doing a good job or not. About the man and his other videos I say “No comment.” Only this video where he presents his view on the religious conflict in the Middle East, which is also my view more or less, and of the mainstream populous as I wrote above, this is my singular focal point. The message is simple and fundamental, and for some reason has slipped from the focus of the western world.
